Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

  • The item is damaged during delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is defective

Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • All accessories and invoices must be included

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refund timelines:

  • UPI / Wallet: 2–4 business days

  • Credit / Debit card: 5–7 business days

Non-Returnable Items

Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or manufacturer policies.
